Why Quantifyr exists

Quantifyr was built by an engineer with a 15-year career across civil engineering and construction, working on everything from local subdivisions to major infrastructure.

After joining a construction-technology company building AI tools for the industry, one thing became impossible to ignore: the machine learning and AI driven workflows that could genuinely supercharge construction, automated takeoff, risk modelling, market benchmarking, intelligent rate libraries, were being reserved almost entirely for Tier 1 contractors, government departments, and multinational corporations.

The small and mid-sized builders, the ones who actually build most of the country, were stuck pricing jobs the same way they had for thirty years. Spreadsheets, gut feel, late nights, and quotes that were either too high to win or too low to be safe.

Quantifyr exists to close that gap. A tool that lets a small builder speed up their workflows, manage their risk, and price with the same intelligence a Tier 1 team would, at a price point where the value is obvious in the first job. Better estimates lift the whole industry. That is the point.
